The Borska Group was founded in early 2002 by Diane Borska.

Diane Borska has more than 25+ years in business analysis and strategy development. She has led numerous consulting engagements addressing key strategic issues such as technology investment, product development, repositioning in response to evolving regulation, growth through acquisition, business development and acquisition and competitive response. She is a regular contributors to business and industry trade publications and frequent conference speakers.
Diane Borska, PresidentPrior to founding The Borska Group in 2002, Diane was Vice President and Practice Director at the Competitive Intelligence consultancy Fuld & Company, responsible for developing and managing business with Fortune 500 clients. She has previously served as a Practice Director at the management and technology consulting firm Devonrue, where she worked with Fortune 100 companies to develop data-intensive quantitative models using advanced computing technology to assess corporate and business unit strategies.
Diane's consulting assignments focus principally on gaining insight into the key competitive dynamics specific to her clients’ businesses. Her work has contributed to client company strategy development, marketing plans, and product development. Diane is a regular contributor to business and industry trade publications and frequent conference speaker.
Diane received her B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University.
